a.Anytime, anywhere maintenance advice: - Gem representative is available any time to support and provide service advice to your maintenance person.
b. Training to your persons: - GEM CARE provides training for your person on “how to operate and maintain” Gem’s products.
c. Breakdown Maintenance: - GEM CARE will provide person, for any breakdown service with spare parts and labor at no additional cost.
d. Schedule maintenance: - GEM CARE will also schedule 4 services a year for the present maintenance and clearing contract.
e. On-site Service: -? GEM CARE provides on-site Services on all working days (except public holidays).
GEM CARE cover’s replacement and service for the following components:

c. Temperature Controller
d. Condenser
e. Fan Motor Leaf
